Automatic submission

Every search engine has its own list of requirements for submission. Jubilee Computing makes this process easier by using software which will carry out some of this work automatically. We will then submit your site to all the relevant search engines. We recommend using a secondary e-mail address for submissions to avoid spamming.

Manual submission

There are many search engines that do not accept automated submissions. The leading directories such as Yahoo!, DMOZ, LookSmart, Zeal, GoGuides and others, require that you carefully choose a category for listing your site. It is important to provide a proper description with your listing. Many directory users navigate through these topics and use them for industry research. Therefore, a well-written description will bring in the best quality traffic. It is important not to overload these sites with information, as all submissions (or 'applications' as directories call them) are approved by human editors for quality purposes. This would obviously become impossible if they receive masses of automated submissions, and can even result in blacklisting.
